15/06/22 – MIPLACE is joining forces with a healthcare research team from Imperial College London to host a workshop that explains how microbes can be ‘helpful’ by tackling plastic waste or ‘unhelpful’ by making us sick and developing antibiotic resistance. The Build a Bug workshop, aimed at families with children aged between 5 and 12 years old, is part of the Great Exhibition Road Festival 2022 which is taking place over the weekend of the 18th/19th June in the South Kensington area of London.
