08/12/21 – MIPLACE partner, Alice Banks, was invited to take part in the recent online International Postgraduate Symposium in Biology, Biotechnology and Bioengineering (IPSBIO3) hosted by the Institute of Systems Biology at the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Alice was one of the plenary speakers and gave a talk entitled ‘Microbial degradation and up-cycling of polyethylene terephthalate (PET)’. She was also one of the panelists in the forum session.
